Concrete Finisher

JOB SUMMARY
To place and finish concrete in a manner acceptable to the customer. All work must be conducted to meet customer flatness specifications. In absence of customer specifications, work must adhere to ACI Manual of Concrete Practice guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses, Registrations, and Certifiations
- Compliance with pre-employment drug program
- 10 hour OSHA certification
- ACI Concrete Finisher certification (within 1 year of hire)
- Valid driver's license
- Valid CDL and medical (preferred)
Quality Control and Safety Manager
COMPANY

JOB SUMMARY
Establish and maintain quality standards on an on-going basis for all products consructed or produced by MBI Contrcution, Inc. To investigate and report to the president any quality control issues and make reccomendations for improvement.
Draw, copy, and plot plans as needed to expedite field work. Perform quanity takeoffs and assit in estimating job costs. Assit with OSHA compliance on job sites, and filling of DOT and EPA Reports
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- 2 year college or trade school with emphasis in civil engineering
- Preferred: 4 year college with civil engineering technology emphasis
Licenses, Registrations, and Certifiations
- Compliance with pre-employment drug program
- 10 hour OSHA certification
- ACI certified level I and II concrete techinican
- Current medical certificate
- CDL within 6 months of hire
