Instructors

Jeremy Ruffner is a native of Effingham County and graduate of Effingham High School. After graduating, Jeremy worked construction and became co-owner of Fulfer Creek Construction Incorporated in January of 1997.  In the summer of 2018 he accepted the position of CTEC Fasilitator and stills plays an active roll in FCCI's day to day business.  Jeremy and his wife Leigh Ann have three kids and reside in Altamont.
